As we enter a new year, I’d like to take a few minutes to reflect on 2022 and share our plans for 2023. First off, thanks to everyone who honored us with their business in 2022. We closed $28 Million in sales volume through 127 transactions, which means a lot of lives changed by building wealth through real estate!
2022 was a year of growth and development for Auburndale Group, as we continually worked to improve our skills and services to better serve clients, all while dealing with a chaotic market.
One addition to our services was a daily email to clients, analyzing houses on the market for their long-term rental potential. We also grew our network of service providers in the Chattanooga area to provide more resources to clients. In the latter half of the year, we launched our home watch service, empowering our clients with a resource to help them watch over their homes or investment properties.
As we look toward 2023, we are excited to continue reaching new heights! We will be taking our events to a new level, with quarterly in-person (and broadcast!) real estate investing events featuring local experts as well as networking. In-house, we are leveling up our agent training and development program, so that the entire team continues to develop skills and knowledge. We also look forward to growing our Home Watch service to service more clients.
